What a fantastic visit to Leyland Trucks!

A huge thank you to Simon and the team for hosting us at their incredible factory. It was a brilliant opportunity to learn more about their amazing organisation and to continue building our partnership.

Last year, we were proud to deliver a bespoke team development programme for Leyland Trucks’ key operations workers, as well as a tailored recruitment event. Hearing that some staff have since received well-deserved promotions as a direct result of our assessment centre made this visit even more special!

It was fascinating to see behind the scenes at a global manufacturing leader and take away valuable lessons that will help us develop as an organisation and make an even bigger impact.
